I have been a Realtor with Wagons West Realty for 14 years. After living here since the mid 80's I have come to know Goshen County and love being a part of this community. I married in 2003 to Kelly Osmera and we have a beautiful little boy, Owen and a sweet little daughter, Olive. Both my husband & I grew up here and want the same for our family.

My Broker Bill Speidel has been in Real Estate for 16 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the area as he was a farmer for many years before he received his license and soon started his own office.

Bill & I have both received Realtor of the Year honors. Voted by our peers of the North Platte Valley board of Realtors.

Our Associate Broker is Shelly Duncan and she has been licensed since 2005. She joined our office in January of 2009. She specializes in Residential, Farm & Ranch and Commercial property as well. She has proven to be a great addition to the Wagons West Team. We also have Judy Daily who joined the Wagons West Team in March of 2007 and Tori Hunt joined in June of 2007 and her husband, Rob Hunt joined in February 2008.
